AXA — Building a Unified Sales Platform

Context

AXA needed to redesign and unify its digital sales ecosystem, replacing two legacy tools with a single, scalable SaaS platform.
The goal: simplify user journeys, align teams and technologies, and prepare a large-scale rollout for 2025/2026 — all while maintaining strict security and compliance standards.

Mission

In collaboration with Okuden, Hesperans led the study and design phase of the new platform — acting as project architect and product lead to ensure strategic, functional, and technical coherence across all stakeholders.

Scope of Work

Vision & Roadmap :
Definition of the target vision, strategic alignment, and deployment plan for 2025.

Governance & Steering :
Setup of project committees (COPROJ, COPIL), prioritization process, and shared delivery tracking.

Product Design & Specifications :
Design of key user journeys, UX/UI wireframes, and functional specifications.

Integrations & Security :
Coordination with IT and external partners for cloud architecture, APIs, document management (GED), digital signature, and compliance.

Migration & Data
Planning of the progressive migration, data recovery, and quality assurance (UAT, testing).

Results

  • A clear, unified product architecture ready for development and deployment.
  • A structured governance model enabling smooth coordination across business, design, and IT teams.
  • A validated MVP and scalable foundation for future evolutions of the AXA sales ecosystem.
